MOMtitasking

I think most people would be surprised if I told them that multitasking doesn't come very natural to me. Interruptions can be very distracting for a right brained, day dreamer like myself. But over the years I have learned how to overcome my inability to chew gum and walk at the same time (ok, it hasn't ever been that bad, but you get the picture).

With this said, I have to work very hard to carve out intentional time with my family. Quality time with limited distractions. But some days it all crashes together where I am working, cooking, and parenting all at once.

So, this is where I would list all the ways to be a successful working mom-boss. But guess what, I am stumped. My brain is spent, so I am asking you.... how do YOU do it? I am not just talking to working moms, I am talking anyone who has to balance LIFE and WORK. That is all of us. How do you prioritize what is important in your personal life with building a career or company?
